Cycling

CYCLING.  Cycling shares its attributes with other favorite Vermont sports:  running, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, paddling. It is a sport that adapts to any fitness level, any skill level, and and goals.  “Ride your own ride” is an apt motto.  Cycling, as an endurance or competitive sport, is achievable.  From novice to expert, information and technical training are helpful with plenty of local resources available.  Motivation is boosted by a welcoming cycling community.   Whether on the road, trails, woods, snow or in the studio,  riding and Spinning® training work together to build expertise and sustain enjoyment, yes, even passion.
